Michelle Wong is the Chair of Disruptive Force Ltd. + founder of GoSHackathon. As a woman with ADHD, she champions environments where all minds are recognised and valued. Her research publications focus on strength-based education, psychology and motivation for autistic youth. Michelle has published global frameworks and built platforms that amplify voices of underrepresented community members. She is a recognised leader in disruptive innovation, with her work reflecting a lifelong commitment to creating meaningful change for equitable futures. 

Natalie Lees is the Deputy Chair of Disruptive Force LTD and a senior government officer with experience across all levels of government. She is committed to strengthening communities through engagement, equity, and innovation, with a particular focus on regional and underrepresented groups. Natalie lives in regional Western Australia and brings expertise in collaboration with First Nations people and positive social change to her role on the board.

Jade Creevey is a senior executive with experience across federal and local government. She brings deep expertise in economic development, governance and strategy, supported by qualifications in business management, public relations and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Jade has established and manageed not-for-profits (NFP), bringing valuable insight to the Disruptive Force Board, helping strengthen the organisation’s strategic direction, financial sustainability and capacity for growth.

Chris Leong is a strategy innovator and design thinking practitioner with a multidisciplinary background in architecture, education, and project management. He is committed to building inclusive, human-centred solutions that empower organisations and communities, with a particular focus on equity, education, and social impact. Chris brings an international perspective to our board, maintaining a global connection with industry trends and priority areas. 

Rod is a founding member of GoSH and serves as the organisation’s Sensory Advisor. As an autistic person with ADHD (AuDHD), he brings lived experience and insight to creating inclusive, sensory-friendly environments. Rod conducts venue assessments, designs sensory spaces, and advises on accessibility features such as dyslexia-friendly signage. Passionate about neuroinclusion, he supports participants with empathy, conversation, and care.
